How to enter:

1. Complete at least one region in two or more Shop Hop Inc events in 2025.
2. Send in your passports at the end of each Shop Hop by the event deadlines.
3. You’ll automatically receive one quilting cruise entry for each qualifying passport.

Entries are not earned by visiting a single event or completing multiple regions within any one event. For example, the following participant would earn 3 cruise entries by completing at least one region in four Shop Hop events.

What you’ll win:

• Two winners from 2025 Shop Hops will each receive a 7-night Stichin’ Heaven quilting cruise for two (double occupancy) on a luxurious Royal Caribbean cruise ship. Choose from several destinations and travel dates offered in 2026.
• Includes interior stateroom and standard onboard meal package.
• $500 to use for travel allowance or cruise upgrades.
• Exclusive onboard classes provided by Stitchin’ Heaven quilting experts.
• One (1) Sail ’n Sew Fabric Pack per sewing participant. Includes pre-cut fabric for the quilt top of both projects, plus borders, binding and pattern.

Rules:

1. All entrants must be United States residents over the age of 21 and be legally eligible for travel to nations of the Caribbean. 
2. All eligible Shop Hop passports must be postmarked by the deadline of each Shop Hop event.
3. Winners will be randomly drawn from the eligible prize pool on December 1, 2025 and notified by email, phone, and written confirmation delivered via USPS using contact information provided on their passports.
4. Cruise reservations must be made through Stitchin’ Heaven. Winners will need to choose and book their 2026 cruise by December 31, 2025, from available inventory, or they will forfeit their prize package and another winner will be chosen.
5. Two (2) prize packages that include a 5- to 7-day cruise for two (2) people (double occupancy) on a Royal Caribbean ship in an interior stateroom. Winner is responsible for port charges, gratuities, taxes and fees, and recommended travel insurance – estimated up to $500. Airfare is not included.
6. Shop Hop Inc and Stitchin’ Heaven prize DOES NOT INCLUDE:
   • Airfare or travel to/from the ship.
   • Program enhancements/optional excursions/Beverage packages/Dining Packages/Wifi onboard/fees
   • Gratuities
   • Personal expenses
   • Travel insurance
   • Additional expenses in the event of delays or itinerary changes
   • Possible fuel surcharges
   • Pre- & post-trip hotel accommodation and administrative fees.
7. It is the sole responsibility of the prize winner and their companion to obtain all necessary travel documentation including passports and visas, as applicable and to comply with any customs and immigration requirements.
8. Prize winners are responsible for payment of any additional items not included in the prize (e.g. meals and drinks other than those included, telephone calls, WiFi charges etc.).
9. The prize must be accepted as awarded, there are no substitutions. The prize is non-transferable, has no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash. Any costs incurred by a winner through the use of a prize is the sole responsibility of the winner.
10. The promoters and organizers, Shop Hop Inc and Stitchin’ Heaven, reserve the right to change any condition of this sweepstakes, without notice.
11. Shop Hop Inc and Stichin’ Heaven reserve the right to substitute the prize or any part of the prize (due to unavailability or for any other reason) with a different prize or part of the prize of equal monetary value.
12. Shop Hop Inc and Stitchin’ Heaven assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alteration of entries.
13. Neither Shop Hop Inc, Stitchin’ Heaven, or Royal Caribbean International, nor any other person or party associated with this promotion shall be liable for any loss or damage suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss or damage) or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with either participation in this promotion or with any prizes offered.
14. Employees of Shop Hop Inc, Stitchin’ Heaven, and participating Shop Hop stores and all other prize partners, its agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion, and their families, are excluded from entering this competition.
15. Shop Hop Inc collects participants’ personal information to conduct the promotion. If the information requested is not provided, the participant may not take part in the promotion.
16. By entering this competition, you agree to allow future communications from the Organizers and Promoters of this competition. 
17. The winner agrees to allow the first/last name and photo to be published in marketing materials used by Shop Hop Inc and Stitchin’ Heaven.
18. Shop Hop Inc and Stichin’ Heaven are not responsible for anything that prevents winners from going on the cruise. Travel insurance is highly recommended.
